  • 2 Boneless & Skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of Dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of Black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Heavy cream
  • ½ Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 8 ounces Fettuccine or pasta

  1. Use chicken skinless and boneless and also you can use chicken thighs to make food juicier.

  2. Use fresh parmesan because it melts better than the pre-grated cheese and is also rich in flavour.

  3. Use fresh garlic it provides a strong taste to the Alfredo sauce. Avoid garlic powder as it doesn’t provide the same depth of taste.

  4. Olive oil is best to use and also be used in the marinade but if you want an alternative only avocado oil is the best alternative of it.

  5. Use smoked paprika for the smokier taste and colourful delight for eaters.

  6. Adjust all the spices according to genuine taste that will never make it over-flavoured.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and other ingredients about your taste in a bowl and coat chicken breasts with olive oil and mix spices in it then heat the skillet over medium flame and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes from each side.

  2. In the same skillet melt the butter over medium heat until it spreads some fragrance to attract you and then pours in the heavy cream that is already prepared by you then cook it for just 5 minutes. Also, add in grated parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.

  3. Now slice the blackened chicken into strips to make a look like streaks and mix with cooked pasta with Alfredo sauce until well coated.

  4. Now serve the pasta topped with slices of blackened chicken.
