Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts x 2 large ones
  • Low-carb, high-protein noodles (I used 8 oz. penne but fettuccine or spaghetti would work as well)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Dry Seasoning 1 cup
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp (For Garnish)
  • 1tbsp Red Pepper Flakes, turns up the heat on this meal

  • Cook the pasta until it’s almost done, as the sauce will finish cooking it.
  • Slice garlic as thin and fine as possible, so no large cloves get between the taste of other ingredients.
  • I prefer to fresh grate some parm which will make it taste a bit better and give you maximum creamy texture.

INGREDIENTS NOTES

  1. I used chicken thighs instead of breasts as the breasts may end up too dry but it'll be a different cooking time.

  2. Whole wheat or gluten free pasta

  3. Parmesan (can use grated regular, or aged which will give a much cheesier flavor)

  4. The most favorite flavor from everybody, now it might have the ability to taste especially like its straight off their own kitchen. But I also wanted to give you a garlic parmesan sauce recipe.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil over the chicken breasts

  2. Add 2 Tbsp of butter to the skillet on high heat.

  3. Meanwhile, cook the chicken breast in a large pot of salted boiling water.

  4. Return the pasta to the pot and cook al detente according to package directions.

  5. After boiling, switch off and keep aside.

  6. Return skillet to heat; reduce stovetop temperature to medium.

  7. Melt another bit of butter in the pan, add more garlic and cook until fragrant.

  8. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream stir in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce now bring the sauce up to a light simmer.

  9. Beat in 1 large handful at a time of crumbled fresh parmesan cheese over low heat until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    Just before serving, use a propane torch to caramelize the top with parmesan cheese. Then, add some roasted red peppers, basil, and Thai-chopped broccoli to give it some extra flavor.

    Finally, season with 1 teaspoon of black pepper. In a separate step, mix the corn paste and let it cool. Then, top it with shredded cheese, popsicle stickers, and chips.

    Cook in a pan until the cheese is melted and bubbly. This adds a nice crispy topping to your dish.

  2. You can amp this baby way up by adding more red pepper flakes or some hot sauce.
